I’m Christie, wife to Chris, mother to Parker and Paige, a social psychologist, and a teacher.  My family and I are spending February-June, 2009 living in Beijing.  I’ve set up this blog to record our experiences there.

I’d like to give a shout out to Chris for designing this site.  I instructed him to give me a simple design with a non-phallic eggroll on the top banner.  I think he did a good job, except, um, those are spring rolls.

In case you’re curious, the title, With Four You Get Eggroll, comes from the 1968, star-studded film, With Six You Get Eggroll.
